Refund policy

Due to the delicate nature of the goods sold, all purchases are final. However any products to be returned need to be agreed with the Company previously and the goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were send to the client. All returned products returns will be subject to examination by our team and if the quality is deemed acceptable, the return will be accepted and the refund processed to the same account as the original payee. No cash refund will be made under any circumstances.

Please inspect purchases upon reception do not accept delivery if the packaging is damaged. We pride ourselves in the quality of our logistics and guarantee the perfect state of our packages when leaving our premises. If damage is visible or suspected please take photographs and refuse the delivery.

We reserve the right to charge you a storage fee if, not due to our error, you fail to collect the goods within two weeks of the date of the order confirmation notice. In this case, you must pay the relevant storage fee before you can pick up the goods.

The client acknowledges that no sale will be refunded under any circumstance after a period of 14 days after the delivery of the goods.

If we agree that you have the right to change the product, but the goods requested for replacement have been sold out, we will refund the relevant amount to you.
